Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively with appropriate voice modulation.
• Proven capability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven for success.
• Strong work ethics while working remotely.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week, working according to EST hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to secure positive closures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously track and develop the clientele.
• Analyze and select the right prospective leads to increase chances of closing sales.
