• Very strong rust AND solidity with strong open source contributions or track record with reputable companies.
• Strong history of shipping to prod.
• Experience as a lead engineer or hands-on engineering manager with a solid track record at impressive companies.
• Examples of smart contracts deployed / repos to demonstrate strengths.

Responsibilities:

• Take engineering projects from design to production while working with our developers to manage realistic roadmaps.
• Implementation of our core infra in Rust and smart contract development in Solidity.
• You may have the opportunity to participate and talk in an event, conference or podcast.
