Requirements:

• Experience as VP or Head of Finance in SaaS startups within $10M-$50M ARR range.
• Demonstrated command of SaaS metrics, KPIs, and business fundamentals.
• Superior analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems and drive data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Relentless sense of ownership, curiosity, and initiative.
• Experience scaling finance and accounting teams in high-growth businesses.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and partnering with the CEO to drive business success.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales & CEO on sales/revenue tracking and management.
• Plan compensation and commission structures to align with objectives.
• Develop pricing and discounting strategies.
• Oversee management of contracts and provide HR support.
• Execute projects across the organization for business improvements.
• Work with product, sales, and strategy teams to align financial strategies.
• Monitor market performance and corporate development opportunities.
• Engage with leadership and Board of Directors on strategic goals.
• Mentor and train finance team members.
• Drive cost efficiencies and identify performance trends.
