Requirements:
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, especially in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research site operations and trial needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and review study briefings to understand requirements and timelines.
  • Contact site clients to discuss study details and confirm receipt of critical information.
  • Serve as primary contact for site clients during selection stages.
  • Regularly update the Clinical Data Integration team on client preferences and concerns.
  • Maintain records of all client interactions in CRM.
  • Onboard assigned clients efficiently, ensuring necessary information is provided.
  • Work on client retention and satisfaction strategies throughout the trial process.
  • Escalate issues to management for prompt resolution.
