Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA or similar certification is preferred.
• 720 Credit Score or better on all three credit bureaus.
• Must provide a redacted credit report.
• Must have 3 revolving credit accounts with limits over $5K.
• No more than 0-28% of revolving utilization and must show auto loan and mortgage on credit profile.
• No Bankruptcy, tax liens, collection accounts, public records, unsettled lawsuits or late payments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Secure business credit and assist with signing on behalf of the company for amounts ranging from $200k to $500k.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive profitability.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
