• Demonstrated passion for developing and commercializing new consumer products.
• Many years of 360 executive experience building teams and scaling organizations.
• Executive experience managing P&Ls in consumer products, especially tech-enabled products.
• Deep expertise in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce commercial models.
• Experience working with products/services for children and/or the fashion-forward market.
• Experience building or scaling a startup.
• Ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify promising market segments for capital-efficient revenue growth within eyewear.
• Adopt a new go-to-market approach and strategy.
• Develop and grow specific focus areas for the brand in mass-customized consumer products.
