• Lead brand positioning and messaging to communicate unique value propositions.
• Oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, and influencer marketing.
• Foster partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for differentiation and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Establish KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and provide regular reports to the executive team.
