Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading conversion rate optimization with a proven track record of executing and evaluating tests to optimize online conversion funnel performance for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.
  • Proven track record in performance for effective sales funnels and landing pages from past campaign performance.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of UI design and web design.
  • Experience in experimentation methodologies and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • As a CRO Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team on testing capabilities and strategies to cultivate a data-driven, experimentation/fail-fast mindset.
  • You will execute A/B and multivariate optimization tests to drive improvements to sales funnels, websites, and performance.
  • This includes managing the end-to-end experimentation process, interpreting data, developing tests, and working with the copywriting team for creative value propositions.
  • You will advocate user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings into optimization tests, while conducting comprehensive data analyses to present findings to the marketing team.
