Requirements:

• 2+ years' professional experience working as a team member of software implementations.
• 2+ years' domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or P2P (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua etc.).
• Understanding of the principles of scripting languages, SQL, APIs, and data models.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products.
• Experience working in environment with software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the success of solution implementation of the HICX platform across multiple customers.
• You will own the delivery of the solution implementation, working closely with project managers and solution architects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform, providing solutions to configure, customize and integrate with our products.
• Implement configuration and execute testing, supporting the customer during User Acceptance Testing.
• Demonstrate excellent customer facing skills and advise customers on transforming business practices.
• Lead teams during the implementation process, ensuring successful implementation and user onboarding.
• Provide post-sales support, addressing technical questions or issues.
• Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
