Requirements
- Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI.
- Familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets.
- Strong analytical skills with data collection and interpretation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about market research and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Work with Managers to assist with ongoing research projects on ESG policies and sustainability regulations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer segments for climate tech products.
- Analyze primary and secondary datasets for research briefs.
- Document research findings, execute reports, and collaborate with the team on ESG methodologies.
