• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI.
• Familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets.
• Strong analytical skills with data collection and interpretation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about market research and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Managers to assist with ongoing research projects on ESG policies and sustainability regulations.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer segments for climate tech products.
• Analyze primary and secondary datasets for research briefs.
• Document research findings, execute reports, and collaborate with the team on ESG methodologies.
