10+ years of experience in commercial enterprise software delivery, complete understanding of application development and agile methodologies, deep technical expertise in core technologies, experience and knowledge in setting ci/cd in aws, good planning and communication skills, ability to establish oneself as a credible source for guidance, strong analytical skills, willingness and ability to mentor less experienced engineering staff
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day team activities, facilitate successful delivery of organizational goals in software delivery, interact with regional r&d director, provide technical leadership, maintain software quality, assess opportunities for improvement, participate in agile ceremonies, deliver maximum value to the customer
