Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience working in a software or data engineering management or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data security practices.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing data architectures, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data processing systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering tools (Databricks, Spark, Kafka), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align data architecture with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in recruitment and adept at fostering a motivated and committed engineering team.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage complex schedules and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • A proactive problem-solver who identifies root causes, evaluates optimal solutions, and implements comprehensive improvements to prevent future issues.
