Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the SaaS industry.
  • Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally Golang/Go engineers.
  • Experience hiring in Amsterdam and EMEA.
  • Solid understanding of software development cycle, related technical terminology.
  • Ability to pick up fast on new technical directions.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously on technical roles from sourcing to closing.
  • Good handling of ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
  • Source, attract, and hire top technical talent for engineering and product teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Participate in industry-related conferences and meetups to network with potential candidates.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining employer brand within the tech community.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
