Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record managing a large, diverse portfolio of customers across international markets.
• Strong experience with collections processes, cash flow forecasting, and maintaining an excellent aging profile.
• Familiarity with billing systems (Netsuite preferred) and a solid understanding of invoice management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve accounts receivable queries.
• Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g. Salesforce and Tesorio) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams on accounts receivable inquiries.
• Proactively manage a global portfolio of customers across the US and Europe.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain an excellent past-due aging profile.
• Accurately forecast cash flow for financial planning.
• Handle billing processes, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support the AR Manager in driving initiatives to improve financial processes.
