Requirements:
  • Experienced product manager with exceptional product craft and toolkit.
  • Comfortable with complex systems and working within a regulated space.
  • Technical platform product management experience.
  • Ability to operate and communicate at multiple levels, from discussing business strategy to writing clear user stories.
  • Empathetic and effective in collaborating across teams, functions, and levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage discovery, requirement gathering, sequencing, and iteration to new and existing features in the software suite.
  • Help define quarterly objectives and plans for a pod(s) designed to advance business goals.
  • Frame questions, evaluate problems, derive solutions, and deliver stakeholder-aligned recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering and design to evolve agile practices and drive key rituals.

  • Define product strategy for your domain, successfully turning the product vision into reality, working closely with the business and the agile engineering team.
  • Amplify the voice of the market and customer throughout the company by working cross-functionally on persona development, customer journey mapping and customer outreach.
  • Work directly with customers to fully understand their pain points and requirements to ensure our product aligns with customer needs and is designed with impactful user experiences.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer input, market trends, and business goals.
  • Utilize telemetry and product analytics to make informed decisions and measure product KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle of your product area, from ideation to launch, and continue to enhance and optimize the product post-launch.
