Requirements:
- 2+ years of enablement or operations experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements.
- Familiar with Google Suite.
- Strong project management skills, task organization, and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience in a startup is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the process and fulfillment of customer reference requests for all segments.
- Collect and synthesize updates and requests for the Customer Experience Organization through a weekly newsletter.
- Maintain Customer Experience knowledge base system, including adding resources and performing quarterly audits for accuracy.
- Facilitate large CX internal meetings, including scheduling and planning trainings.
- Coordinate logistics for client health fairs and ensure mid-market perspectives are included in projects.
- Assist with process improvements through feedback form requests.
