Requirements:
  • 2+ years of enablement or operations experience.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements.
  • Familiar with Google Suite.
  • Strong project management skills, task organization, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience in a startup is a plus!
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process and fulfillment of customer reference requests for all segments.
  • Collect and synthesize updates and requests for the Customer Experience Organization through a weekly newsletter.
  • Maintain Customer Experience knowledge base system, including adding resources and performing quarterly audits for accuracy.
  • Facilitate large CX internal meetings, including scheduling and planning trainings.
  • Coordinate logistics for client health fairs and ensure mid-market perspectives are included in projects.
  • Assist with process improvements through feedback form requests.
