Requirements:

• 10+ implementations experience of Salesforce CPQ, Billing or Sales Cloud.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, RevOps, and Business Operations.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce CPQ and Billing package elements, Custom Applications, and Lightning Experience.
• Understanding of Release Management and Development Lifecycle best practices.
• Client Facing Experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management, and Delivering Solutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Related educational experience in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions based on their Sales processes.
• Support architecture and configure best-in-class implementations of Billing and Sales Cloud.
• Configure Salesforce solutions using tools like Process Builder and Visual Flows.
• Partner with the AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on best practices.
• Interface directly with Salesforce for new solution perspectives.
• Support the Pre-Sales team with demos and deal execution.
• Create thought leadership pieces in the Billing Transformations space.
• Quickly acquire new technical expertise on Salesforce features.
