Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience on deployment teams with project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Best practices for using and deploying o11y stacks, preferably with Grafana products.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, and systems architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers.
• Manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana.
• Deliver packaged training and specialized consulting for high-priority customers.
• Monitor support requests, identify recurring issues, and act as the voice of the customer.
• Engage with customers to ensure value from commercial products and OSS projects.
