Requirements:
  • Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting RFPs from Health Plans or PBMs or experience working for a Health Plan or PBM.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders for alignment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Collaborative working style.
  • Experience creating slides for sales presentations.
  • Passionate about creating and scaling an end-to-end sales process.
  • Commitment to improving healthcare through innovation and technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Works with key stakeholders to identify win themes and sales strategy.
  • Engages with sales leaders and SMEs for necessary support in bid efforts.
  • Drives collaboration with all partners involved in the proposal process.
  • Tracks progress and reports insights to the Commercial Team.
  • Creates and edits sales presentations and proposal documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with Omada’s policies during pursuit activities.
  • Captures knowledge artifacts from bid efforts and updates the Bid Management platform.
  • Participates in Win/Loss Reviews to capture lessons learned.
