Responsibilities:

• Be a partner and advocate for participants and their support network.
• Manage administration of their NDIS accounts.
• Provide expert advice to maximize participant plans.
• Help navigate the NDIS to reduce stress and overwhelm.
• Liaise with providers for timely invoice payments.
• Advocate for participants when communicating with the NDIA.
• Provide monthly statements and proactive updates.
• Work collaboratively with a team.
