Requirements:

• Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance through marketing technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of current MarTech tools including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and customer data platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience optimizing customer journeys.
• Preferred experience with technical SEO and third-party enterprise SEO tools.
• API Experience and familiarity with Affiliate Platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own Printify portfolio of Marketing tools to support the company's growth.
• Work together with marketing teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Leverage marketing technology tools to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize user experience and campaign performance.
• Create and deliver regular reports on growth initiatives, including KPIs and recommendations.
• Continuously evaluate growth strategies and marketing technology investments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery.
