Requirements:

• Graduate of Health Insurance Specialist Certificate preferred or High School Diploma.
• Minimum two years of experience in medical/professional billing, insurance follow-up, and denials management.
• Expert knowledge of EOBs, denial codes, insurance allowables, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform claim follow-up, cash collection, and denial management for services rendered.
• Communicate with third-party payors to facilitate timely reimbursement.
• Research and resolve denied claims in an efficient manner.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity quotas.
• Maintain AR aged over 90 days at or less than 9%.
