Requirements:

• University/college degree required with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and German, written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment and navigate P&C systems.
• Demonstrated customer-centricity, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner flexibly with global leaders on immediate P&C business needs.
• Provide guidance on strategic P&C needs such as talent management, performance management, and organizational setup.
• Consult and train business and P&C leaders on processes and new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and help leaders navigate complex HR topics.
• Collaborate with other P&C chapters to onboard leaders and connect them with relevant experts.
