5+ years of relevant work experience including working with an enterprise-level CRM platform (Braze experience preferred).
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, including mobile-responsive templates and experience with a scripting language (Liquid, AMPScript, Free Marker, etc.).
Familiarity with data concepts such as APIs, JSON, ETLs, etc.
Knowledge of the Martech landscape and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with measurement tools like Tableau, Looker Data Studio, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
Experience successfully building and maintaining sophisticated, multi-channel experiences and multivariate A/B tests.
Responsibilities:
Engage product managers, creative teams, and engineers to develop scalable multi-channel marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, Liquid, responsive modular templates, and other tools.
Provide expertise on lifecycle marketing strategies and user flows to engage, convert, and retain users.
Implement complex, multivariate A/B tests, and make optimization recommendations.
Create and optimize segmentation and content personalization strategies.
Leverage Braze to send high-quality, user-focused email, push, and in-app messages.
Work with engineering teams to develop infrastructure to power engaging user experiences and strong business outcomes.
Help ideate on campaigns and growth tactics to contribute to annual and quarterly plans.
