Responsibilities:

• Build relationships through open communication to ensure a smooth experience for participants.
• Provide expert advice to assist participants in maximizing their NDIS plans.
• Help participants navigate the NDIS to reduce overwhelm.
• Liaise with providers to ensure timely invoice payments.
• Advocate for participants when communicating with the NDIA.
• Provide monthly statements and proactive updates.
• Work collaboratively within the team.
