Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with participants through open communication.
• Provide expert advice on managing NDIS plans to maximize funding.
• Assist participants in navigating NDIS regulations.
• Ensure timely payment of provider invoices.
• Advocate for participants in communication with NDIA.
• Deliver monthly statements and proactive updates.
• Collaborate within a team environment.
