Responsibilities:

• You are the partner and advocate for your participant and their support network.
• Help participants with administration of their NDIS accounts and provide expert advice to maximize their plans.
• Assist participants in navigating the NDIS and reduce stress.
• Liaise with providers to ensure timely invoice payments.
• Communicate with the NDIA on behalf of participants.
• Provide monthly statements and proactive updates.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
