Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0-3 years’ experience in an equivalent role or recent graduates.
• Proactive fiscal acumen.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project spending to identify risks and budget deviations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and project management reports.
• Review contracts for billing compliance and prepare reconciliations.
• Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
• Serve as liaison between Client Services and finance.
• Prepare client invoices and respond to inquiries.
