Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers, maintain canteen and stationery stock levels, process supplier invoices, and handle vendor onboarding.
- Manage the HQ Onsite Calendar, assist with Visa applications, book catering, and ensure necessary resources are available for events.
- Assist in planning and delivering events and entertaining VIP visits.
- Support the HQ Support Manager with unplanned tasks from daily operations.
