Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers, maintain canteen and stationery stock levels, process supplier invoices, and handle vendor onboarding.
  • Manage the HQ Onsite Calendar, assist with Visa applications, book catering, and ensure necessary resources are available for events.
  • Assist in planning and delivering events and entertaining VIP visits.
  • Support the HQ Support Manager with unplanned tasks from daily operations.
