Requirements:

• B.S. in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Technical background is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns.
• Understanding of the Software Factory model is highly beneficial.
• Experience with applied AI techniques is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and identify additional opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Collaborate with proposal and capture teams to build solutions for federal agencies.
• Foster relationships with decision makers to position Rackner for success.
• Deliver presentations to key agency personnel and execute a development plan.
