Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferred; advanced degree is a bonus.
• 2+ years of analytical and operational experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing data insights.
• Experience with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience in building forecasting models.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheet skills.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com and Hubspot.

Responsibilities:

• Translating business needs into dashboards and metrics.
• Building leadership dashboards for real-time access to OKR & KPI progress.
• Conducting ad hoc analysis for data-driven recommendations.
• Creating data visualizations for broad understanding.
• Reporting across the full GTM funnel by joining various data sources.
• Managing sales and revenue forecasting in collaboration with Finance.
• Building and maintaining scalable reporting infrastructure.
