Requirements:

• Profitable and demonstrable track record in the crypto trading space.
• An MSc/PhD in a research-intensive STEM field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
• Degree from a top-tier university.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronic trading, particularly in mid-long term strategies focusing on cryptocurrency.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Golang, Matlab, or R (3 to 5 years required).
• Algorithmic trading experience is essential, whether personal or professional.
• Completion of at least a 3-month internship or full-time position at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund as a Quantitative Researcher/Trader.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct significant research and development while testing and developing trading strategies.
• Act as a desk owner with related P&L responsibility.
• Engage in researching, implementing, and executing trading strategies.
• Automate strategies where applicable.
