Requirements:

• 8+ years of highly relevant experience in selling analytics services to large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies.
• Significant scientific acumen with the ability to discuss scientific needs confidently.
• A proactive, energetic, and self-driven attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills to gain clients' trust.
• Desired experience in Life Sciences Consulting, Epidemiology, or Real World Data research, and Clinical Oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed revenue goals by landing and growing new accounts.
• Own and execute the entire sales process from prospecting through close.
• Develop strategic account plans with detailed analysis of customers and effective strategies.
• Become a subject matter expert on Syapse’s capabilities and industry trends.
• Create layered relationships with clients and build multiple champions.
• Drive proposal development leveraging internal expertise.
• Lead outreach to key customers to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Support efficient contract negotiations.
