Requirements:

• Creativity and tenacity for constant innovation in design.
• Two years working experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
• Deep understanding of design and building software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting across time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop interesting visuals that conform and strengthen overall brand identity.
• Build websites and landing pages for events and marketing purposes.
• Manipulate existing artwork to create new materials.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other departments like BD and Marketing to develop materials.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on projects to produce design collateral.
• Organize and maintain the team Webflow account.
• Catalog projects for accessibility by the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge to work.
