Senior Product Designer (US/CA)

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a Product Designer role at SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to define customer-centric UX that balances product priorities and technical constraints
• Exceptional skills in executing product design work, from strategic direction to UX design details
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and rapid iterations
• Proven track record of high-quality design that drives user engagement and improves customer NPS
• Experience in using Figma for product design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey design decisions
• Ability to act as a product owner and generate customer insights.

Responsibilities:

• Own the customer experience for substantial existing and new parts of Aspire
• Understand our customers, products, and competitors to identify needs & opportunities
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces and workflows
• Lead product thinking through design-led frameworks and support it with information architecture diagrams, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and determine priorities
• Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to implement meaningful changes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to solicit feedback.
