  • Bilingual, English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to support Members in the Wellth program.
  • Address any questions or tech issues via phone, email, and text.
  • Monitor Member adherence and alert medical care teams as necessary.
  • Make calls to assist non-adherent Members in getting back on track.
