Requirements:

• Experienced in designing software interfaces and user interactions.
• Understanding of market research, user interviews, and user testing.
• Ability to coordinate between engineering, business, marketing, and support.
• Proficient in presenting ideas and concepts to the team.
• Strong focus on usability and simplifying complex challenges.
• Authentic, empathic, optimistic, proactive, and reliable.
• Prior experience in a software company, ideally in SaaS.

Responsibilities:

• Write and build feature concepts by understanding problems, user needs, and business goals.
• Design high-fidelity user interfaces and guide implementation towards release.
• Create prototypes to visualize solutions and validate usability.
• Design visuals for UI and promotional graphics.
• Research software solutions and enhance design processes for efficiency.
