Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years of financial management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience with grants management and compliance for non-profit organizations
• Proficient in financial software applications and tools, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial oversight for the organization and manage financial activities
• Lead financial planning and strategy, oversee audit functions, develop accounting policies
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, monitor financial results, and provide financial reports to the board
• Coordinate annual audit, oversee payroll, benefits, accounts receivable, and payable
• Maintain financial controls, systems, and documentation, prepare budgets for grants, and manage grant proposals
