Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise implementations.
• Previous experience with large insuretech programs is essential.
• Must have previous insurance domain experience leading multimillion dollar programs.
• Ability to understand complex business processes.
• Consultative and facilitation skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Travel approximately < 25%, domestically and/or internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships regarding EIS services delivery.
• Handle contractual management activities, including drafting and review of SOWs.
• Manage financials, including billings and profit/loss reporting.
• Oversee the Delivery Manager's planning and execution tasks.
• Effectively manage the onshore/offshore model.
• Provide project direction using business acumen.
• Maintain professional client-focused behavior.
• Educate clients on EIS applications and demonstrate system functionality.
• Facilitate requirements workshops at client sites.
• Collaborate with EIS Product Management and Engineering on client solutions.
• Work with third-party integrators to strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships with EIS products.
