Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience in Sales.
• Minimum 10 years of previous senior-level experience in sales, marketing, or sales operations.
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, training, and managing high-performance sales organizations.
• Channel sales and customer/end user sales experience.
• Self-starter with change implementation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
• Passion for company mission and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the North American sales organization.
• Develop growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Create strategies for cohesive team operations to maximize sales.
• Develop metrics for accountability in North America, coordinating with compensation and promotions.
• Motivate the team and communicate company goals.
• Drive to meet/exceed sales quotas and conduct strategic meetings.
• Establish a robust sales management process and generate performance reports.
• Develop customer solutions and assist in closing sales opportunities.
