  • Prioritising mail list growth and monitoring lead magnet performance
  • Introducing an effective customer service system
  • Creating email sequences, focusing on membership retention, reducing churn, and overviewing content drip and MasterClasses
  • Working with web designer and developers to update website and create new landing pages
  • Managing a team, creating upsell system, overseeing social media handover, launching an affiliate marketing system
  • Creating processes for rollout in other divisions, introducing financial planning systems, and creating new landing pages
