Responsibilities:

• This position as the Vice President of Technology is responsible for leading strategic IT projects, overseeing all aspects of company IT including development, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, and risk management
• The role involves developing and executing methodologies to ensure effective use of company resources, guiding business planning, and managing the overall IT budget
• Mentoring staff for professional development, negotiating with vendors and carriers, and ensuring successful completion of strategic initiatives are key responsibilities.
