Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management required; Master's preferred.
• Ten years or more of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Transportation.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong skills in data analysis, engineering methodologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Support Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by promoting and facilitating methods for new and existing operations.
• Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals.
• Manage resources for multiple complex Supply Chain projects.
• Lead strategy, scorecarding, and KPI action plans.
• Provide coaching and training on business system concepts and tools.
