Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Five (5) + years of experience with data management.
• Experience supporting SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in data discovery and mapping.
• Strong data cleansing, aggregation, and enrichment skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and map data owners, sources, and destinations.
• Define privileges and data classification.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Design ETL workflows tailored to software integration.
• Select appropriate ETL tools such as Boomi, Informatica, Cdata, and Starfish based on project needs.
• Handle master and transaction data ETL.
• Extract and export data from/to systems like SAP, QuickBooks, Workday, and Power BI.
• Transform data using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools.
• Cleanse, aggregate, and enrich data for analysis.
• Leverage ETL tools including SAP Data Services and custom ETL scripts.
• Optimize performance and scalability of ETL pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and consistency.
• Manage master data and adhere to data governance standards.
• Monitor data pipelines proactively.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in human resources, finance, marketing, and sales.
