Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, experience in the A&D community, and strong contacts in the local A&D community
  • Specific technical architectural experience prior to transitioning into a sales role is preferred
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.com are beneficial
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50% are required
  • Local candidates with experience within the A&D or related community will be considered.
Responsibilities:
  • As an Architect & Designer Market Development Manager, the role involves developing and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, and custom builders to drive specification business in the Northeast region
  • Responsibilities include building a specification network, developing project specifications, maintaining a project pipeline, providing product training, conducting market research, maintaining customer records, and engaging with specifier associations.
