Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, UKG Certification, Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, experience with Boomi integration platform, understanding of Kronos Workforce Central and related modules, experience with data migration, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency in project management tools and software, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Kronos implementation projects from initiation to completion, collaborate with stakeholders, develop project plans, oversee Boomi integration, manage data migration, identify and mitigate project risks, coordinate with technical teams, provide leadership and guidance, conduct post-implementation reviews, stay up-to-date with industry trendsApply
