Requirements:

• Account or Project Management experience is beneficial.
• Experience in market research is strongly desired.
• Experience in a customer service environment desired.
• Post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains full project ownership in delivering low to mid-complexity custom market research projects.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in a fast turnaround environment.
• Builds effective, professional relationships with clients, offering guidance on Dynata’s products and services.
• Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production and collaboration with internal support teams and vendors.
• Tasks may include testing online survey links, sampling, setting up monitoring reports, and ensuring quality measures are followed.
• Updates clients regularly on project progress, ensuring project profitability meets or exceeds established guidelines.
• Proactively anticipates and troubleshoots project challenges, escalating issues as necessary.
• Communicates effectively both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team.
• Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies.
