Requirements:

• Required skills and mindsets include experience in impact measurement, employee experience, and customer experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, project management experience, and collaboration skills
• Must have 3-10 years of relevant experience in the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) space or applied research
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's preferred
• Must be based in the United States.

• Design and conduct qualitative (e.g
• Interviews, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g
• Surveys) data collection and analysis
• Design and implement surveys using multiple software platforms
• Conduct statistical analysis using tools like R, Python, Stata, or SPSS and qualitative analysis using tools like Atlas.ti or MAXQDA
• Produce rigorous data insights products (e.g
• Briefs, reports, decks, infographics, etc.) that convey accurate information in a compelling narrative and/or visual manner
• Design and implement MEL frameworks and research projects that leverage MEL across multiple industries and topics.
