Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Confidence and stature to impact all levels of the organisation.
• Experience with high-growth companies, especially online platforms.
• Knowledge of international financial services businesses.
• Understanding of regulated financial services operations (Compliance, Finance, Risk, etc.).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Good analytical skills to translate group requirements into local solutions.
• Track record of maintaining operational and administrative efficiency.
• Ability to design work processes, plans, KPIs, and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with effective day-to-day management of business operations for the European business.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on operational matters to senior management and the board.
• Assume responsibility for the entire service delivery for Gemini customers in the region.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Ensure the operating model for Gemini Europe is fit for purpose.
• Oversee daily operations, including product development, technology, customer service, and risk management.
• Implement processes and systems for operational efficiency and productivity.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas.
• Ensure outsourced services comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to improve operational performance.
• Engage with regulators on operational matters as required.
