Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering background is a bonus.
• Fluent in English with experience working with Executives.
• Minimum 5+ years engineering project management experience; 3+ years Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Agile, 1-week sprints, and Program Increment planning.
• Ability to structure ambiguous environments and relate well to all organization levels.
• Demonstrated experience with global product teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills to influence outcomes.
• Concise verbal presentation and written skills.
• Self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to identify/define specifications.
• Continuously communicates project status and needs.
• Ensures all PM reports are accurate and updated timely.
• Provides management visibility into project progress.
• Supports decision-making, approvals, and direction.
• Organizes periodic project reviews with stakeholders.
• Manages key decisions and mitigates risks.
• Develops project plans and manages deadlines.
• Understands the domain to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Shares best practices and identifies improvement areas.
